• Replace athletic parking lot pavement
• Replace high school parking lot and entrance pavement
• Replace pavement along main access drive
• Replace pavement for the bus loop

Enhance Educational Spaces

• Update classroom instructional technology
• Replace corridor lockers
• Create new instrument storage
• Add eight tennis courts
• Renovate restrooms (fixtures, finishes, partitions, and accessories)

Improve Operational Efficiencies

• Replace storm piping to relieve flooding issues
• Replace the boiler
• Replace pool equipment disconnects
• Add an emergency power for the pool room sump pump
