School Bus Drivers Needed

Attention Substitute Teachers

All substitute teachers must provide a copy of a valid teaching certificate OR official transcripts verifying the completion of 60 semester credit hours combined from 1 or more regionally accredited 2 or 4 year colleges or universities, with a minimum GPA of 2.0. Caro Community Schools hires all of their substitute teachers through PCMI.

PCMI Fingerprinting Services

Tuscola ISD provides LiveScan fingerprinting services for School Employment (SE), Child Protection Employee (CPE), and Child Protection Volunteer (CPV). Prints are electronically submitted to the Michigan State Police and FBI for criminal history search results. These services are located at the TISD Central Office, 1385 Cleaver Rd., Caro, MI 48723.

What to Bring:
Picture ID (i.e., driver's license, passport, etc.)
Completed LIVESCAN Fingerprint Request Form
$56 fee is due at the time of fingerprinting. Cash, money order (payable to Tuscola ISD), or personal check are acceptable forms of payment.

Fingerprint Releases

If your prints were processed by another district after January 1, 2006 and you have worked continuously in education, please complete the Fingerprint Release Form. You can fax the completed form to 989-673-6248 or mail it to: Caro Community Schools, c/o Kristen Stein, 301 N. Hooper St., Caro, MI 48723.

Note: Due to privacy laws, we cannot release Fingerprint reports to an individual nor can they be faxed.
